Cancellation Policy

  1. Client-Initiated Cancellations
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to kurlicodes@gmail.com.
    • Upon receipt of the cancellation request, we will evaluate the progress of the project to determine the applicable charges.
  2. Cancellation Charges
    • If a project is canceled before the commencement of work, a full refund of any advance payment will be processed, minus any administrative fees.
    • For projects canceled after work has begun, the client will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date, including any non-recoverable costs incurred.
    • If a project is canceled after completion or delivery of the final product, no refunds will be issued.
  3. Company-Initiated Cancellations
    • In rare cases, we may cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., non-cooperation from the client, illegal activities, or breach of agreement). In such cases, we will provide a detailed explanation and may offer a partial refund based on the work completed.

Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Deposits
    • All advance payments or deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
  2. Eligible Refunds
    • Refunds are only applicable if:
      • The project cannot be completed due to technical or operational issues on our end.
      • There is a significant delay or failure to deliver as per the agreed timeline, caused solely by our team.
    • Refund amounts will be calculated based on the work already completed and delivered.
  3. Ineligible Refunds
    • Refunds will not be provided for:
      • Delays or issues caused by the client, such as lack of communication, untimely approvals, or incomplete input.
      • Services that are completed and approved by the client.
      • Third-party services or tools procured as part of the project.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to kurlicodes@gmail.com with relevant details, including project information and reasons for the request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after approval and will be credited to the original mode of payment.
