Non-Delivery Issues

  2. Failed Physical Deliveries
    • For physical items that fail to be delivered due to incorrect address information or unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching.

Support After Delivery

  • We provide post-delivery support as outlined in the project agreement. This may include minor updates, troubleshooting, or clarifications regarding the delivered items.
  • Extended support or additional revisions will be billed as per our standard rates.
